• Anodized aluminum peel for pizza by the meter , a particular type of maxi-sized pizza. The pizza can be impaled directly with the tool or the dough can be rolled out and the filling can be done directly on the peel.
• For this reason, a sturdy tool is needed, which facilitates the sliding of the dough on the refractory stone of the oven and which is at the same time light and easy to handle .
• The size of the peel also requires, during the baking action, that the peel be supported by the help of the hand. Gi.Metal's proposal for the pizza by the meter is to replace the wood, commonly used for this type of peel, in favor of a light, solid, long-lasting and certainly more hygienic material such as anodized aluminum .
• Neutral anodization makes the surface of the blade uniform, protecting it from oxidation, as well as guaranteeing incomparable lightness .
