Regardless of the type of material, all flat pans should never be placed in the oven empty .

ALUMINUM TRAYS

They do not present any particular maintenance problems.

The mechanical characteristics of aluminum can alter at temperatures above 300°C, usually not reached by ovens.

For cleaning , use a soft damp cloth .
