  • Resistant and silent thanks to an advanced mechanics, of MADE IN ITALY quality, and to the special conformation of the steel frame ;
  • Double gearmotor in oil bath for independent operation of bowl rotation from that of the whisk with power transmission to the whisk optimized for maximum energy efficiency;
  • Double speed of the SPIRAL with a high number of strokes for the processing of highly hydrated doughs;
  • Bowl rotation reversal to allow better collection of the dough in the initial processing phase and increase its oxygenation;
  • Bowl speed continuously adjustable from 5.2 to 14 rpm;
  • Automatic operation of the machine with double timing (for the two speeds of the whisk) with comfortable and accessible controls on the front of the head;
  • Bowl rotation with manual control button to facilitate emptying;
