SPIRAL MIXER with 50 lt STAINLESS STEEL TANK , 2 Speeds + Variator, suitable for HIGHLY HYDRATED DOUGH:


  • For professionals in the pizzeria and bakery sector , specially designed for highly hydrated doughs ;
  • Compact for housing under workbenches;
  • Elegant and innovative design;
  • Resistant and silent thanks to an advanced mechanics, of MADE IN ITALY quality, and to the special conformation of the steel frame ;
  • Double gearmotor in oil bath for the independent activation of the rotation of the bowl from that of the whisk with power transmission to the whisk optimized for maximum energy efficiency;
  • Double speed of the SPIRAL with a high number of strokes for the processing of highly hydrated mixtures;
  • Reversal of rotation of the tank to allow a better collection of the dough in the initial phase of processing and increase its oxygenation;
  • Tank revolutions continuously adjustable from 5.2 to 14 revolutions per minute;
  • Automatic operation of the machine with double timing (for the two speeds of the whisk) with comfortable and accessible controls on the front of the head;
  • Tank rotation with manual control button to facilitate emptying;
