SEMIAUTOMATIC THERMOSEALING MACHINE for TRAYS, Without MOLDS:

• Made for packaging in PREFORMED TRAYS with MAXIMUM size of 370x280x155h mm to be sealed with transparent FILM;
• Built in stainless steel and anodized aluminum ;
• Teflon-coated aluminum sealing plate with electronic temperature control (0°-200°C);
• Nine storable welding PROGRAMS;
• Acoustic and luminous alarm at the end of the cycle;
• Motorized automatic welding, powered only by electricity;
• The welding cycle is activated automatically with the mold fully inserted;
• The closing film is dragged automatically by inserting the mold into the machine and is then automatically cut at the end of the sealing cycle ;
• Film reel maximum dimensions - length 380 mm - diameter 200 mm.

OPERATION'

• Insert the tray into the mold placed on the guides,
• Push the mold all the way towards the machine by gripping the athermal handle,
• At that point the welding cycle starts automatically,
• At the sound of the beep you can extract the mold and remove the welded tray,
