HOT INSULATED TRAY HOLDER TROLLEY , capacity 10 Gastro-Norm 1/1 TRAYS (mm.325x530) :

• structure made of AISI 304 stainless steel sheet , brushed finish, insulated ;
• 1 front hinged door , opening 270°;
• removable door seal;
• opening handle with snap closure, optional with lock;
• push handle;
• internal compartment with rounded corners (satisfies the H1 hygiene requirement), designed for 1/1 GN trays and submultiples;
• supports with printed guides, 5.5 mm pitch (built with a single sheet of metal for easy cleaning) ;
• ventilated heating group with motor fan and resistance;
• integrated control panel, equipped with power switch with indicator light, digital thermostat-thermometer , spiral power cable on the back;
• operating temperature: +65° / +90°C ;
• possibility of humidifying the internal compartment using a special tray with water;
