HOW DOES INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY ASSISTANCE WORK?

The Customer is fully assisted by Technochef Consultants for all the predispositions of Plant Engineering: Electrical, Hydraulic, Gas and Suction, ... providing the Client's Plant Engineers with the Technical Data Sheets of all the Products to be Installed / Assembled, also by Sending Drawings Executives and all regulatory references.

WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER AND FOR HOW LONG?

Products sold by Technochef are covered by a guarantee pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05.

In the event of a purchase by a subject with a VAT number "Non-Consumer Customer" (ie for purchases destined for his own Business or Professional activity), the Guarantee will have a duration of 12 Months.

While for the "Consumer Customer" (ie for purchases not intended for business or professional activity), the guarantee will have a duration of 24 months.
