granite cylinders diameter 150 mm , length 290 mm , complete with 2 scraping blades and 1 product collection tray ;
THICKNESS adjustment between cylinders from: 0 to 9 mm
practical fastening system that makes cleaning the scraper blades very simple ;
oil bath gears to ensure complete reliability;
reinforced steel sheet for the base and use of cast iron for the shoulders ;
ideal for refining any pastry product, such as almonds, dried fruit and chocolate;
