Regardless of the type of material, all flat baking trays should never be baked empty .

NON-STICK BAKING TRAYS

For cleaning use air jet or soft nylon brushes. Do not scratch the coating with metal tools or abrasive brushes as the incisions may cause permeation and subsequent corrosion.

Do not put empty molds in the baking oven at temperatures above 200°C. This temperature represents the thermal resistance limit of the resin. Furthermore, at this temperature the coating softens significantly, leading to a rapid decay of the non-stick characteristics.

Do not wash the trays with high-pressure steam cleaners and do not use caustic solutions.

For cleaning, use soft, damp cloths .
