Regardless of the type of material, all flat baking trays should never be baked empty .

BLUED SHEET METAL TRAYS

The products are supplied oiled, so that under normal packaging, transport, handling and storage conditions they will not show signs of corrosion for a period not exceeding 3 months.

Before use, they should be placed in the oven at 150°C for half an hour to eliminate the protective industrial oil.

After use, they must always be kept oiled and stored in a dry place, especially if used occasionally, and contact with acidic substances must be avoided.

Use in leavening and freezing cells is not recommended .

For cleaning, use a soft, oiled cloth .

Washing with water and caustic solutions is not recommended .
