RECTANGULAR PERFORATED PIZZA PEEL in ALUMINUM SHA, EVOLUZIONE line, light, smooth and resistant, complete range :

Evoluzione shovel, SHA (Special Hard Anodizing) aluminum head and avio-coloured anodized handle . The special SHA treatment is a hard oxide anodisation which guarantees maximum protection against corrosion, wear and friction, ensuring at the same time extreme smoothness and the same lightness of the timeless Azzurra.
The new perforation guarantees the discharge of the flour in two directions, guaranteeing an unparalleled result.
