VERTICAL SLICER with salami press arm , 350 mm diameter blade , made of anodized aluminum alloy , professional, equipped with:

cutting thickness regulator from 0 to 16 mm very sensitive and allows decimal adjustment,
cutting capacity: mm 300x265h ,
built-in sharpener,
blade revolutions per minute 260,
plate mounted on ball bearings for greater smoothness.

OPTIONAL:

Upon request, it is possible to supply the slicers in the colours: red, black, cream ; or in special colours.

NB : Suitable for cutting heavy cured meats, roasts, cheeses, fish, tough meats and more.
