ELECTRIC pasta cooker , 1 lt.28 tank , line 700 :

• hob , dashboard and visible external parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel ;
• 1 tank in AISI 316 steel with a capacity of lt.28 , complete with false bottom and front bottom and water loading / unloading group;
• the water dispenser in the tub and the overflow are placed under the false front bottom;
• the basin is 50 mm deep. to contain boiling liquids as much as possible;
• armored resistance placed inside the tank under the lower false bottom ;
• equipped with a safety thermostat ;
• the electric water bath is also available in the electric version.

Note : baskets not supplied. They must be chosen according to individual needs .
