• CLEAN PUMP CYCLE : The “Clean Pump” function is the regeneration of the oil inside the pump. It allows the oil to reach high temperatures, so as to allow the evaporation of humidity and any impurities present in the oil itself.
• MARINATING PROGRAM : Work cycle that allows alternating small vacuum cycles and pressure restoration cycles inside the bell. Through this operation, during the pressure restoration phase, the pores of the food are subjected to an opening stress, therefore the seasoning present in the bag will be absorbed more easily and homogeneously.
