Rectangular solid aluminum Pizza-Pastry pan , complete range from 20x60 cm to 50x100 cm, with 3 cm high edge. NOTE:

- Purchasable in the minimum quantity of 6 Pieces for the 600x400 and 800x600 mm sizes.

- For all other sizes (considered Non-standard), a minimum of 12 Pieces is required.

The mechanical characteristics of aluminum can alter at temperatures above 300°C, usually not reached by ovens.
