• It has a reduced weight compared to the classic models but an extreme sturdiness with the oval tubular handle to promote stability .
• The light and flexible head allows the spatula effect with special ribs that ensure the seal.
• The neutral anodization makes the surface uniform and protects it from oxidation.
• The sweet and regular milling facilitates the rise of the pizza.
• The handle head joint is made up of the overlapping of the two elements secured by three large in-line rivets which guarantee safety and immovability, furthermore the absence of vibrations transmitted to the handle makes it more comfortable to use.
