UV KNIFE STERILIZER wall mounted, capacity 14 KNIVES:

AISI 304 stainless steel structure , polished finish ;
transparent plexiglass door ;
magnetic closure;
removable knife rack for easy cleaning ;
suitable for knives, cleavers and other tools (max length 51 cm) ;
irradiation power : N°1 UV-C 16W lamp ;
Lamp life : 9000 hours;
on/off light switch;
safety microswitch for automatic switch-off when the door is opened ;
timer adjustable from 0 to 60 minutes.

OPERATION:
The device works with a timer: insert the knives into the holder.
After the pre-set time (30 minutes are recommended) the knives will be sterilized and ready for use.
