• IMPORTANT: - to operate the machine requires an air compressor with a minimum tank of 16/18 litres with an operating pressure of 1.5 atmospheres; - If, in the processing of products such as MEAT ... the use of gas mixtures rich in oxygen (percentage greater than 20% ) is required for packaging, it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to use an EXPLOSION-PROOF vacuum pump for safety reasons, - available as an optional upon request.
