GRAVITY/INCLINED SLICER blade Ø 220 mm , 'CE DOMESTIC' VERSION :

made of anodized aluminum alloy ,
cutting thickness regulator from 0 to 15 mm , very sensitive and allows decimal adjustment;
blade diameter 220 mm;
sharpener supplied , to be assembled at the time of use;
plate mounted on ball bearings for greater smoothness;
useful cut: 190 x 160 mm ;
blade revolutions per minute 300;
quick cleaning and absolute hygiene.

Accessories/Options:
