• fully welded structure , made of AISI 304 stainless steel sheet , brushed finish, insulated with polyurethane foam panels positioned between the two sheet metal walls;
• capacity 8 Gastro-Norm 1/1 grids or trays (mm.325x530) ;
• pitch between guides 120 mm .;
• fan heating ;
• adjustable temperature from: +65° to + 90° ;
• possibility of humidifying the internal compartment using a special tray with water;
• 1 double-walled swing door that opens to 270° with rubber seal;
• opening handle with snap lock;
• push handles positioned on both sides , insulated by PVC supports and usable even with the doors open;
• internal compartment equipped with supports for baking trays, bowls and trays of different shapes depending on the model;
• thermometer ;
• integrated control panel , equipped with power switch with indicator light, thermostat, operation indicator light, and spiral power cable on the rest;
• perimeter bumper in non-marking grey rubber;
• 16cm diameter wheels, two swivel with brake, galvanized support, non-marking grey rubber ring, rolling on bearings.
