GAS pasta cooker , 2 independent tanks of 40+40 litres, 900 line :

• hob , dashboard and visible external parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel ;
• 2 independent tanks in AISI 316 steel with a capacity of 40+40 litres , complete with lower and front false bottom and water loading/draining unit;
• the water dispenser in the tub and the overflow are placed under the false front bottom;
• the reservoir is 50 mm deep. to contain the boiling liquids as much as possible;
• equipped with safety thermostat ;
• the GAS version is heated by the burner placed under the tank.

Note : baskets not supplied. They must be chosen based on individual needs .
