DRY GLOSS CUTLERY-tools, semi-automatic, on a stand with wheels:

• entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel ;
• ACTIVE CONTROL technology that will allow you to follow the different operating phases of your cutlery dryer in a simple and intuitive way directly from the control panel;
• new electronic board equipped with an LCD display that allows you to view the heating , drying cycles and the deadline for the replacement of the corncob ;
• great versatility : in addition to cutlery, other small metal utensils commonly used in all kitchens can be inserted;
• the cutlery is dried and polished in a tank heated and moved by a vibrator and filled with 5 kg of MAIS in hygroscopic granules ;
• cutlery and utensils to be dried are placed in a special stainless steel basket and gradually immersed in the vibrating mass of hot corn granules ;
• at the end of the cycle (50 seconds) the basket is pulled out manually ;
• the corn cob is a vegetable and biodegradable product and can be used for about 120 working days.

• recommended for activities with a maximum of 80 seats ;
• suitable for small rooms, where a single operator, during the cutlery drying cycle, can devote himself to several tasks at the same time;
