CONTINUOUSLY CHARGING WASTE DISPOSER, production capacity 200 Kg/h :

  • specially designed to crush the waste of preparations carried out in medium-large professional kitchens into small particles for the following and more rapid evacuation of the same;
  • stainless steel structure ;
  • 24 V control panel on board the machine ;
  • continuous waste loading ;
  • production capacity : 200 Kg/h;
  • sink with water sprayers and lid equipped with safety micro;
  • shredding unit composed of hardened steel disc and hammers ;
  • solenoid valve for regulating water intake ;
  • V.400/3 self-braking motor switchable to V.230/3, equipped with safety thermal probe ;
  • protected mouth to avoid access to rotating parts;
  • protection class IP 55.

Options/Accessories :

  • light-absorbing panels.
