IMPORTANT :

Regardless of the type of material, all flat baking trays should never be baked empty .

BLUE SHEET METAL TRAYS

The products are supplied oiled , so that under normal conditions of packaging, transport, handling and storage they do not show corrosion phenomena for a period not exceeding 3 months.

Before use, they should be placed in the oven at 150°C for half an hour in order to eliminate the protective industrial oil.

After use they must always be kept oiled and stored in dry places, especially if used occasionally and contact with acidic substances must be avoided.

Use in leavening and freezing cells is not recommended .

For cleaning, use a soft, oiled cloth .

Washing with water and caustic solutions is not recommended .
