FULIGGINE FILLER FOR OVEN AND WOOD GRILLS :

• made of 304 Aisi 18/10 stainless steel , thickness 15 mm,
• automatic operation with water vapor treatment ,
• filtration with microswitched G2 755 filter filters,
• water tank control and breakdown by automatic float ,
• high pressure stainless steel water pump, 110 ° C heat,
• unbreakable , explosion-proof electrical panel .

• NB- IMPORTANT:
• The flue duct (downstream) of the machine must be watertight , since the condensate that will form inside will have to return to or within the tank of the machine itself or conveyed in a drain.
• The machine, in addition to dropping the soot, creates a ' draw effect ' by helping the fumes out of the flue outlet.
• If the chimney is particularly long , winding and it is necessary to use an aspirator , it is important to keep the air velocities in the chimney within certain parameters that will be supplied by the manufacturer.
