SOOT REMOVAL for WOOD OVENS and GRILLS :

• NB- IMPORTANT :
• The flue, downstream (...outgoing) of the machine, must be watertight , as the condensation that will form inside will have to return/fall either inside the tank of the machine itself , or conveyed into a drain.
• The machine, in addition to breaking down soot, creates a ' draught effect ' helping the expulsion of fumes from the outgoing flue.
• If the flue is particularly long , winding and it is necessary to use an extractor , it is important to maintain the air speed in the flue within certain parameters that will be provided by the manufacturer.
