IMPORTANT :

Regardless of the type of material, all the flat trays are never left empty .

SHEETS IN BLADE SHEET

The products are supplied oiled , so that under normal conditions of packaging, transport, handling and storage do not present corrosion phenomena for a period not exceeding 3 months.

Before use they must be placed in the oven at 150 ° C for half an hour in order to eliminate the industrial protection oil.

After use must always be kept oiled and stored in dry places, especially if used occasionally and contact with acid substances should be avoided.

The use in leavening and freezing cells is not recommended .

Use a soft, oiled cloth for cleaning .

Washing with water and caustic solutions is not recommended .
