• worktop and front and side panels in AISI 304 stainless steel ;
• stainless steel interior ;
• cooking container in AISI 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 15/10, bottom in AISI 316 stainless steel with a thickness of 20/10;
• cavity with bottom and walls in AISI 304 stainless steel , bottom thickness 20/10, walls thickness 15/10;
• indirect heating with low pressure steam (0.5 bar), generated by stainless steel tubular burners with optimised combustion, with thermocouple safety valve and protected pilot flame;
• cavity pressure regulated by a pressure switch which reduces water consumption;
• venting of overpressure from the cavity through an internal valve;
• constant monitoring lights for the water level in the cavity;
• hot and cold water refill taps located on the worktop with swivel spout for filling and washing the container and cavity;
• 2 inch chrome plated brass drain cock with heat resistant handle;
• temperature regulation via tap with minimum and maximum.
