HIGH PRECISION COUNTER DOUGH SHEETER with 1 PAIR of ROLLED STAINLESS STEEL ROLLS mm. 300:

body in stainless steel ;
pair of 300 mm long stainless steel rollers , appropriately ribbed for all types of dough ;
the grooving allows to obtain a slightly rough pastry for a better adherence of the condiments ;
shaped roller opening / closing adjustment lever for easy movement ;
half-moon lever with quick lock to memorize the thickness of the last sheet passage ;
dough feeding system on the lower rollers facilitated by another idle roller , made of stainless steel , to obtain very thin sheets ;
predisposition for application of dough cutter tools (optional / accessories);
gearbox gears made with special resins , molded and not toothed , for a duration five times longer than normal;
quick coupling / uncoupling dough cutter application;
internal reinforcements to avoid any bending of the carcass ;
pasta weight: from 50 to 700 grams ;
electrical system and safety devices according to CE standards.
