• Shovel with neutral anodized aluminum head and blue anodized handle .
• It has a reduced weight compared to the classic models but an extreme sturdiness with the oval tubular handle to promote stability .
• The light and flexible head allows the spatula effect with special ribs that ensure the hold; the neutral anodization makes the surface uniform and protects it from oxidation; the sweet and regular milling facilitates the ascent of the pizza .
• The handle head joint is made up of the overlapping of the two elements secured by three large in-line rivets which guarantee safety and immovability , furthermore the absence of vibrations transmitted to the handle gives greater comfort in use.
